Anique Bosch

I studied at the National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam, where I got my bachelor degree in dance in 2003. Since then I have been working as a ballet dancer in different countries. The musical “Cats” was a big part of my career. I played the role of “White Cat” in the Netherlands, England and Germany.
Pilates has always been a big part of my ballet training. It always kept me in shape and helped me getting better from an injury.
I followed several Pilates teacher training courses at the Pilates Company, Kineticode Pilates and the studio comprehensive education from Polestar Pilates.
Since December 2015 I am teaching the Dutch Olympic rowing teams, who won gold and silver medals on the Olympic Games in Rio 2016, and will attend again in Tokyo.
I love to work with all kinds of people from all ages and disciplines, helping them get rid of their pain or simply get stronger by guiding them to move efficient and in balance.
Since beginning 2017 i opened ABOUT MOVING.

Katie Rose Nankivell

Katie is an Australian Pilates teacher who has a keen interest in the biomechanics of the body and optimising movement patterns via utilising the Pilates method. She aims to help you gain improved strength, posture, mobility and flexibility in a fun, precise and personal class. Katie studied the Polestar Pilates Mat Course in Melbourne 2016/17 and Polestar Pilates Comprehensive in Amsterdam 2017/18.

Katie is teaching the Tuesday morning class and is a substitute for Anique (Group & Privates). She will only teach in Englisch.

Janette Rivers

After a classical ballet education including a daily pilates practice in Australia, I learned about life travelling the world, dancing and performing in many styles. Pilates was one of the fundamental guidelines bringing all styles back to the essence of movement and body balance, so I completed a Pilates education and started teaching in the Netherlands in 2010. To me, a beautiful reflection of truth, body wisdom and mind-body connection, I teach the pilates principles of breathing, inner-core and alignement to restore body’s natural balance.

Janette is taking over group classes when necessary and she will be teaching the classes in English, but understands Dutch.
